Keep letting it scan. That means it can't recognize your face in the picture. Either re-upload the photo, or wait for it to say it can't find any faces, and then trace your face yourself. (I've discovered you have to be straight-on in the photo for the thing to work. No 3/4 shots or profiles, and no tilted heads.)
