eee1313I have tickets to see PotC3 on Thursday night! Woooooo! The best part is that it's not a midnight show, it's 8:00 pm. I won't be all exhausted and stuff. I am pleased. I know a lot of people on my flist are all "Whatever, the second one sucked and this one's even longer? As if." But I cannot wait for this movie. Chow Yun Fat as a pirate? YES PLEASE. And more Bill Nighy? Awesomeness. Now if only they'd swap out Keira Knightly for an actress who doesn't talk through her teeth, I'd be happy. ;)
Also, the freelance people gave me an extension! They said it's because their layout person is going to Europe for a week, so it doesn't matter if I get it to them on time since there will be no one to set the book. They also said they don't want me to burn out and get scared of ever working for them again. AND the editor told me that the next project will be the same amount of drawings, but over two months' time instead of just one. So it sounds like they want to hire me back. Fabulous!

Date: 2007-05-24 11:48 am (UTC)No. I have an 11 hour layover in SF, so I'm gonna take the BART and do some sightseeing, and possibly hit the movie theater if there is any around to see it again. (11 hours is a very, very long time. That would make it go by much faster.)
