Point of clarification: BMI does not equal body fat percentage, but BMI IS a strong indicator of increased risk for health concerns. Yes, some professional athletes would measure "obese" but they do hours of exercise per day, and are NOT regular people (like me). Being categorized as overweight on a BMI scale does not mean you have increased health risk, being obese does. That's why insurance rates go up for people labeled obese using BMI.

So if you want an accurate measure of body fat, you can come down and try the BodPod. Not that I've ever done it-- ugh-- ignorance is bliss!

And, since I realized I didn't say it before-- good job getting moving with the Wii. Whatever works, right? I want my little sister around for a long, LONG time!!! Love you.
