It does seem to be raining more this year, I think. But I also think that last year was low on rainfall, if I remember correctly.

We have the miniseries and Children of Dune, so I think I'll slog through it all at some point. FYI, there are two DVD versions of the miniseries. One is the version that aired on TV, and the other is unedited. So if/when you buy your own copy, be aware there are differences.
