Went to Six Flags Great America today. Had a great time. Rode the coasters, rode dizzy-making rides, avoided major sunburn, didn't get rained on. All is well.
My tummy, however, is still acting up. Last Thursday at work we had a grill-out at lunch (I refuse to call it a BBQ because no BBQ was involved - it was just grilling). Something I ate then made me feel yucky, and it hasn't really gone away. Ugh. And if ANY of you joke that I'm pregnant, I'll come kick you.
Finally got around to watching Moon last night. Sam Rockwell was quite good. The Scientist figured out the plot of the film about ten minutes in, though, so we didn't have to watch and wonder what was happening, just watch and see how it played out instead. Still, a good movie. It'd be a fun double-feature with Solaris. And by "fun," I mean "depressing." But good!
Off to take some Tums, and possibly Solarcaine my shoulder. That's the one spot I didn't thoroughly sunblock today. Phooey. Then Covert Affairs and Warehouse 13.
