Why that background?
Because I like it. I wanted something fannish at work, because I feel like work is stifling my personality, and this at least lets me feel a bit more like myself. I try to change my desktop wallpaper every month. That reminds me, I need to change it. Perhaps I'll post another picture once I decide what I want this month...
Why is your toolbar where it is?
Because that's where it goes in Windows platforms. Duh. ;)
Why the choices on your toolbar are present:
It's the stuff that I use the most at work. Microsoft Outlook for work e-mail, IE for personal e-mail and LJ, Photoshop, Illustrator, PageMaker, Word, and WMP. Then two jpgs of Tom Welling that
