I'm taking the day off from work. Last night I pulled something in my back, right between my left shoulder and my neck. It hurt then, but it's about eight million times worse right now. Also, I can't move my head from side to side, and my shoulders hurt like a sonofabitch. So I can't do a whole lot, since my upper mobility is shot. Ouch. This sucks.

jrs1980, I just discovered that my cable package has been expanded. Now I get the Sundance Channel, IFC, MTV2, Toon Disney (Gargoyles! Tale Spin! Darkwing Duck!), Trio (don't worry, misswindy, I'll check out Miracles when they show it), Ovation, The Action Network (Green Hornet reruns and Undercover Brother tonight), A&E Biography, WAM, and my new favorite, VH1 Classic. It's all 80s videos! Right now they're showing The Cure's "Why Can't I Be You?" Awesome. I am so in love with my cable now.
ETA: HOLY SHIT!!!! They just played an Oingo Boingo video! And not a popular song at that! "Nothing Bad Ever Happens to Me!" Danny in a wifebeater smoking! Danny in a bathtub with a giant rubber duck hiding his goods! Danny in a big David Byrns-style white suit doing bad dancing on a beach while the band plays in front of the worst blue screen I've seen! OMG!!!!!!1!!!11!!!! I'm afraid to turn off this channel in case I miss something awesome! Aaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!11!!!1!!!!one!!!!
