Ack! Busy!
May. 19th, 2004 01:29 pmJust a quick update so that you (and mostly my sister) don't think I've fallen off the face of the planet. Things have been really hectic at work. Lots of work, lots of work. I've been busy -- too busy to e-mail people properly. Sorry about that.
The Angel finale is tonight, along with the Smallville season finale. (Hey, did anyone else with an Entertainment Weekly subscription receive a flyer of Tom Welling looking WAY HAWT in the mail? Just wondering.)
deeablo and possibly
xica_s are coming over to watch it, along with possibly Blondie and fishdoctorpost. I think this ending will either a) piss me off something good, or b) break me up. Because now that I've met Non-Pork Chop Head, I have a whole new amount of like for the man. And I'm going to miss him now. *sniff*
We were talking about bad songs at lunch today. Someone mentioned Geggy Tah's "Thank You." You remember.
All I wanna do is to thank you
Even thought I don't know who you are,
You let me change lanes
When I was driving in my car
Yeah, that song. Horrid. Pete is singing it, too, and both of us are not happy about this.
Someone at work realized that when my boss's last name is translated from French to English, it's "little brat." We don't know if his last name is actually French, but it makes us laugh.
And that's really about it.
