(no subject)

Tonight I had dinner with missrachael, which was awesome. She and I were all BFF in junior high, but obviously it wasn't really BFF, because we drifted apart in high school. But luckily through the magic of LJ (and ottomatic02, we think) we found each other again. So tonight I saw her for the first time since we were freshmen in college. And I saw her sister for the first time in probably about fifteen years, and boy howdy, is SHE different. So not a kid anymore. But best of all is missrachael's daughter, who is just the cutest little boo. Seriously. So adorable. Hopefully is missrachael's parents move back to the Chicagoland area, I'll be seeing more of her in the future, and hopefully meeting her husband as well. Yay!

In other news, I went to the Shedd Aquarium and took lots of pictures. I heard that rocks were put out at the penguin habitat, which means it's time to build nests and get it on. So I wanted to see the penguins romance one another. (familyarchives, you'll want to steer clear of that photo set. Trust me.)
