1) Many thanks to those who posted congratulatory remarks re: the anniversary. :)
2) The Dyson vacuum is awesome. It made our carpets all fluffy and free from cat hair. I highly recommend this vacuum, as it is a miracle worker.
3) I saw State of Play with the Scientist the other day. That is a really good movie, very well acted, and I highly recommend people see it. I haven't seen the original UK miniseries, but since everyone's saying it's a bajillion times better than the US movie, then it must be phenomenal.
4) I am not happy with what NBC is doing to Kings. (Thanks,![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
jrs1980 for the tip.) Once again, that network screws over another good show.
5) Elsewhere, I hope that Castle gets renewed by ABC. It's the only new show I'm watching every week, and I'm completely won over by its cheeseball charm.
6) The Scientist and I watched Ice Pirates last night. It took a lot of wine to get through that movie. I saw it at B-Fest a few years ago, but I couldn't remember anything about it other than Anjelica Huston has terrible outfits throughout. Man, that is one doozy of a film.
7) The weather is finally warming up! It's supposed to get up to 80 by the end of the week.
