I actually got to watch last night's Project Runway, which was interesting. They've never done menswear before, and that's probably a good thing because it was tough, and the designers struggled A LOT.
The top three

Kevin
I liked this quite a bit. Not necessarily a good fit for Tiki Barber OR The Today Show, but it was good. He incorporated color, which Tiki requested, and finished all three parts. Heidi Klum's comment that her husband would never look good in it was crap -- I think Seal would look great in this color. Whatever, Heidi. (Side note: the model's too-full lips scare me.)

Kit
I love this. I thought this should have won. The gingham on the shirt gave it some nice detail, and the navy fleece of the jacket made a classic look a bit more fun and casual.

Jack
The winner. I didn't think he should have won because he didn't complete the entire challenge, which was to create three pieces. I count two. It's a nice outfit, and I like the sideways slant of the stripes on the shirt. However, it didn't fulfill the challenge requirements and therefore shouldn't have won. And the model reminds me of Tilda Swinton in Constantine.
The others

Chris
Black on black on black. Not a lot to actually SEE here because of all the black. (Seeing as how Tiki said he's not afraid of color, the all-black look seemed a waste of an opportunity.) The suit hangs well on the model, though.

Christian
The shirt collar is typically wacky Christian. The jacket is a bit odd, definitely something designed and not bought off the rack. I don't really like it, but I don't dislike it, either.

Elisa
Too casual for TV, but I could see this actually selling in stores. Not bad, but not great. Eh. The model looks like he could be a vampire.

Jillian
At first I thought this shirt had frills, like on a bad 1970s tuxedo. I am glad it's just a loud pattern on the shirt.

Rami
This jacket looks dated. It looks like a tailored windbreaker. Not impressed.

Steven
I can get behind this outfit EXCEPT for the giant neck hole and scarf/ascot/thingy around the dude's neck. What is THAT about?

Victorya
This jacket makes me think the model should be working in the foodservice industry somewhere. I don't like this look at all, even if it is well-made.
The bottom three

Ricky
It was held together with pins. That is NOT GOOD. Of course, the judges jumped all over him for this, but at least he sort of got three pieces made.

Sweet P
Even the model looks pissed to be wearing this. Dayum. If it weren't for that horrible, too-big shirt then maybe this would be okay. The pants look nice. And I like the fabric for the tie...

Carmen
The loser. No matter how well-made the pants or jacket may have looked, you can't pass on the fact that there's NO SHIRT. This deserved to lose on that basis alone. (Even the model looks like he's about to cry.)

In other news, I saw Enchanted last night and freaking LOVED it. Everyone has mad love for Amy Adams, but personally I think James Marsden stole the show. He was just so EARNEST as a charming prince, it was ridiculous. Loved it all. And I laughed really hard a few times. Definitely recommended.
