Of course, it will be busy as hell that day, as everyone has that day off from work.
Not everyone. :P But to be fair, I wouldn't have been going to Great America that day even if I did have it off, so that doesn't help you much. ;)
I've only been to one Great Flags, in St. Louis in like, '95. It was good times. A Dark Knight ride sounds AWESOME.
