WOW. Just... yeah. Those costumes are UNBELIEVABLE.
Miss Canada - um, I'm not sure. I mean, there are a lot of strip clubs up here. But maybe she was supposed to be some sort of representation of the Arctic Sea? Or the North Wind? The Maritimes? I really don't know.
I wish Miss USA had a costume that didn't give her a camel toe.
