You can think what you want, but I'll think what I want. And I think the BMI is total bullshit. Seeing girls who look totally healthy (http://www.flickr.com/photos/77367764@N00/sets/72157602199008819/) being labeled as "overweight" is, without proper clarification from doctors, completely mentally unhealthy and is only contributing to sizest attitudes and/or body disorders. (Just my opinion here, no fact to back it up.) But seeing a girl like this (http://www.flickr.com/photos/77367764@N00/1458077972/in/set-72157602199008819/) being called "overweight" makes me sad. Because she looks normal and healthy to me. Whereas this (http://www.flickr.com/photos/77367764@N00/1489595533/in/set-72157602199008819/) is "normal," and this is, for a lot of people, unattainable for lots of different reasons. It's these kinds of examples that make me really dislike BMI. It needs to come with a big explanation, rather than just code words to tell you that if you're "normal" or not.

And no, I have no desire to get into a bathing suit so your husband can measure my body fat. Thank you, but no. And let's not get into a MY scientist/YOUR scientist conversation EVER, okay? Okay.
