First of all, thank God you posted something on here. You're the only person I really follow on LJ, really, and the past few times I went to my "friends page" NOTHING came up. As in a blank page. As in, I have no friends. Or you're posting a bunch of stuff you don't want me to see, and I KNOW that's not the case... right? RIGHT?!?!?!? (I'm rocking back and forth now, holding my knees to my chest....)
Second, VEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to see that little niece of mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Third, I, too, am FINALLY reading Harry Potter. However, I can say with much more smugness than you exhibited in your post (i.e., me-- lots, you-- none) that I am now on book 6!!! I refused to watch the movies until I read the books, and I saw the beginning of movie 5 (but not the end) which made me confused as I read-- I kept wondering if I'd already read the book, even though I knew I hadn't. I have to admit, as much as I am NOT a fantasy fan, I am loving these books. Can't wait until my kids are old enough... just one more year for better reading fluency and I think we're there!
Um, that's it, besides giving my favorite and best sister I've ever had a BIG shout out for your awesome "little design project" work-- I am SO LUCKY to have such a talented sister ready to work wonders for me (and others) at the drop of a hat. You are awesome!!!!!
Me too!
