So I just got home from an 11:30 showing of
Kill Bill, Vol. 2. Hot damn, but that's a great movie. I'm not going to give away any plot points or anything, but wow. I think I enjoyed this a lot more than the first. And there are parts that made me curl up in the theater chair in discomfort, and at one point I actually
looked away from the screen because something freaked me out so much. That NEVER happens to me in movies. But it's really, really good. If you liked the first one, you should
LOVE this one just as much, if not moreso. And let me tell you, Uma Thurman is absolutely fabulous. The woman can sell every single emotion in the book and make it convincing. She takes her pain as The Bride and makes it
your pain. Grown men in the theater were squirming in their seats. It's fabulous. A wonderful end to it all, and surprisingly full of emotion. It's really, REALLY good. Really good.
