Need something to do on Friday?

Hey Chicagoans! I thought I'd let you know about this, as you never know who'd be interested. My coworker Aimee is taking belly dance lessons, and she informed me that her teacher performs at Sigara's this Friday at 10 p.m. The place is a hookah bar, which I thought might appeal to some of you. Also, it's BYOB, which I thought you'd want to know in case you go. Anyway, just letting you know of something a little different for your Friday night.

In other news, my throat still hurts a lot. Bah! Stupid sore throat! I'm now sucking back Ricola herb throat drops like crazy. What fun.

Bleah, I want to go, but am already seeing a play that evening. I took belly dance, but have never really seen a live show, even though my teachers often advertised their performances. Definitely keep us posted on other performances! I'd love to try to catch at least one of 'em! :P
