I could make excuses

I could say something like, "It's my company's fault for extending the open bar for another hour last night." Or, "The bartender was making the drinks double strength." In truth, it's just my stupid tolerance holding off all the drunkeness until it's too late, and then WHAMMO! I'm really, really drunk. And now I'm really, really hung over. OMG, death.

Bravo is doing a show called Great Things About the Holidays. xica_s, you need to watch this. It's like what you wanted VH1's I Love the Holidays to be, but wasn't. And it's all about Christmas. Nightmare just made #26, they just showed a clip of the Pee-Wee's Playhouse Christmas special (Charro!), and they mentioned Hannukah Harry as well. This show OWNS!

In other news, I have eaten food, and all is well. Thank God. This hangover was kicking my ass.

TV tonight just keeps getting better. Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight is on now. I love this movie! Thomas Haden Church! Jada Pinkett (before she was Jada Pinkett Smith)! CCH Pounder! But best of all, Billy Zane at his sexiest! (Never has evil looked so good.) This is one of those films I've always wanted on DVD, but it's not available. And now I can tape it for free. OMG, I just checked IMDb, and Chasey Lain has a cameo in this. In college I won a radio contest for knowing the name of a non-porn movie starring her. (I gave them Orgasmo, but I would have used this movie if I had known she was in it.)

I'm kind of glad BJ and I both weren't in the mood for that party tonight, because now I can watch Billy Zane be evil hot.

After this, AMC is playing Pinata Island, the BAD "horror" movie with Nick Brendon and Jaime Pressly. I watched part of this once on TV, and it's so bad it's painful. Really, really, really bad. And this is coming from someone who goes to B-Fest every year for fun. Eeeech.
