I could say something like, "It's my company's fault for extending the open bar for another hour last night." Or, "The bartender was making the drinks double strength." In truth, it's just my stupid tolerance holding off all the drunkeness until it's too late, and then WHAMMO! I'm really, really drunk. And now I'm really, really hung over. OMG, death.

Woo! Drunk! Some of my best times have been had at CPS christmas parties. Our office party last year has become the stuff of legend. I don;t know if it was the salsa music, the awesome food, or the free flowing alcohol, but none of us could look at eachother the same way after that. So many scnadals came from that night and it was the first time we all totally bonded as a group and it changed the environment of our office completely...at least until the started firing everyone and it all went to shit. Last year the big CPS party was at Excalibur and I was looking forward to it again this year but now all of a sudden its been cancelled which is such a bummer.

Nope. The drunkeness didn't hit till I was going home. Thank God. That said, this is the worst hangover I've ever had, besides my 21st birthday. But this is definitely giving that hangover a run for its money.
