It's official!

It is officially springtime in Chicago. You know how I know? Because the first crew team has been spotted on the Chicago River. Yes, it's 46° and raining, but they're out in their boat, skimming down the river. When I see the first sailboat of the year I'll let y'all know, because that will officially be the first day of summer in Chicago.
And yes, for you non-Chicagoans, 46° (feels like 42°) really is springtime. This is almost shorts weather. No, really. It's supposed to be in the fifties this weekend—I guarantee people will be out in shorts.
