I should be writing my 20-page Austen paper (due Thursday) right now, but instead.... So how was the show? Did he like his birthday gift? I hope so! I worked so hard to get those tickets (ha!). I had a great time with you this weekend-- I'll be back in three more, so you'd better leave a gap in your schedule to come visit our hotel room or something!
It was a pretty good show! Those guys are massive dorks, but that's their appeal. They played most of their big hits, but at lot of stuff I didn't recognize (I only have two albums, though). Thankfully it stopped raining before BNL started, so that made the experience much more pleasant. And yes, he REALLY enjoyed himself. Thanks for getting those tickets for us. He said it's the best birthday gift he's ever received.
