2. Would you ever get plastic surgery?

Yes. I want an eyebrow lift. But since I already have limited upper peripheral vision due to my low eyebrows, I can probably get insurance to cover this when I'm older. (My uncle has the same problem and had to get his eyebrows done recently.)

3. Is there anything in your fridge right now that you would never eat/drink?

Not really. I just cleaned out the fridge the other weekend, so all the moldly gross stuff is gone.

4. What's your occupation?

Desktop publisher.

5. Do you nap a lot?

Nope.

Rick Astley.

7. What's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?

I don't really have one, that I know of. I think I out-fandomed myself with Buffy all those years ago. I guess HIMYM is as close as I get these days.

My dad. He taught me a lot about what's important in life.

A text from R with pictures of her husband's wrecked car.

10. What websites do you always visit when you go online?

Yahoo Mail, LiveJournal, CNN.com, and Yahoo Groups.

Food and booze at Sam's Club.

13. Does the weather affect your mood?

Yes. I feel energized on rainy days, and too many days of gray slushy crap in winter bums me out.

Gemini, but I was born really late and should have been a Taurus. But I don't buy into the typical zodiac crap, because it never works for me. Now, the Chinese Zodiac is another matter, as everything I've ever read on it has been spot on. I'm a horse.

15. Name a song that makes you think about a ship/character that you like lately.

The only ship I'm into is Barney/Robin, and I can't think of a song that makes me think of them. (Sidebar: Is it just me, or are the writers really dropping the ball on the whole "Barney loves Robin" plotline lately?)

16. Weird dream

The other night I dreamt our house was infested with birds, and then an anteater and a bunch of kangaroo rats got in as well.

I know something got to me, but for the life of me I don't know what it was.

I don't know. Maybe go see Monsters vs. Aliens in 3D?

In other news, I'm not doing as well as I'd hoped in this year's Fug Madness. The Charo Bracket is the only one in which I've guessed correctly the whole way through. I still think it's insane that Paris Hilton beat out Roisin Murphy. A lot of people voted saying that they couldn't get past how Paris is ugly inside and out, no matter how crazy Roisin's clothing may be. Someone commented that by that line of reasoning, Spencer Pratt & Heidi Montag should have beaten out SWINTON, and I totally agree. Grrrr. And I totally hosed Madonna vs. Miley Cyrus as well, and since that winner went up against the winner from them Paris/Roisin matchup, that's one whole arm of the Bjork Bracket that's wrong for me. Phooey. I think in the end my only pick in the Final Four that will be correct is SWINTON herself, but since I've picked her to take it all (and I'm sure she will), I don't really mind. Now, if there's an upset and she loses to Solange, I'll be PISSED.

15)They totally have dropped that ball recently. I'd like to see Barney a little more angsty/wistful sometimes. That's probably tough to do and still maintain his essential Barniness.

Yeah, but Barney has pined for Robin more in the past and still remained Barney. Like the episode when Lily finds out he loves Barney, and even though Barney admits to it, he's still sleeping around with bimbos like the manwhore he is. They CAN do wistful and piggish, they've done it before. I think they're just kind of ...meandering... with the storyline right now. I hope it's at least going somewhere good so this season doesn't seem like a waste.

I wonder how much of it has to doth Cobie & Allyson (and Robin & Lily not pregnant) both being pregnant and the limits it puts on what they have want to do to /can do/ will do to hide the bumps.

Yeah, the Barney and Robin plotline is non-existent right now. Actually, the last couple of shows have been just "eh" for me. Did some of the writers go on vacation or something?

Beats me, but I have to totally agree on the "meh" of it all lately. It just seems like the characters are off. Like the episode when they all got together to watch Robin's early-morning TV show, and no one watched it? How terrible are these friends? And I'm sorry, but I would have thought at least BARNEY would have seen it. Fessed up to it, no, but seen it, yes. Instead he was too involved in his pajama-suit and nightshirt. As if.

Lily was relegated to simply having hiccups this past episode. Not that she's my favorite character, but still. Lame. And then there's Ted, asking Robin to be his backup wife when they hit 40? What is THAT about? LAME. The only character who seems relatively consistent from episode to episode is Marshall.

The episode with Barney's family was especially hard to sit through for me. I thought his mom was a terrible casting choice.

Also, what a horrible last text message to have. Someone should remedy that immediately.

And yeah, I totally didn't buy the whole "Barney pays actors to pretend to be his family for years and years" deal. Barney's too into his own money to waste that much on a fake family. But at least there was a tiny bit of Barney pining for Robin at the end. I think that's the last time we've seen or heard any mention of it.

I originally was gunning for Gwenyth, but after I checked her archive against Christina's, I knew that was the wrong choice. And I totally wanted Mischa Barton to beat Mickey Rourke. He's a mess, yeah, but there's something so charming about it, so very aware.* And Mischa just has her stupid headbands and whackadoo shoes...

As for Agyness Deyn beating Chloe, that was a given for me. Somehow Chloe cleaned up her mess this year, which is sad for us all.

*Though by that same logic, SWINTON is charming and aware of how kooky HER clothing is, and so therefore she should lose as well. But I love her so. If SWINTON falls, I hope it's to Solange. There's no other competitor worthy of her craziness.

I hope SWINTON doesn't fall. And you're kind of right. Even Bai Ling has been less of a hot mess. She hasn't approached cool mess, but it's gone from scorching to temperate.

I'd pay a lot of money for Intern George to show up and freakout Heather and Jessica.
