Historical violence, yay!

Tonight SpikeTV is starting the new season of Deadliest Warrior, my favorite guilty-pleasure TV show for several years running. (We caught the Pirate vs. Knight episode last night, and when the promo for the new season aired we were all "YES!!!") It's like something you'd see on the History Channel, but with gel-filled dummies getting pummelled and bludgeoned in the name of science. I am ridiculously excited about new episodes. Tonight: Atilla the Hun vs. Alexander the Great. Woooo!
The show also got a write-up in the CNN entertainment section. It's a good primer for those of you who haven't watched, but might be curious.

(A coworker flat-out refused to believe that the pirate won. No matter how many times I said "blunderbuss, bitches! blunderbuss!")
