Today is much better than yesterday. Stupid hormones. Stupid work people jumping the gun and making me and another coworker redo all our work. Stupid me, overreacting to everything. But whatever, it's a new day, the sun is shining, and it's nearly the weekend.

Last night I hung out at the laundromat. Man, those places have changed since I last used them. It's all electronic card readers and no coins. I felt dumb with my bag of quarters. But the good thing about card readers is that the laundromat's main computer can track which washers and dryers are in use, and it's all displayed on a flatscreen TV so you know which machines are open, and when yours are done. Best laundromat ever!

Tonight I plan to exercise (because I was tired and slept in this morning), make jumbalaya for dinner, and watch Ninja Assassin. He's a ninja, AND an assassin! Heh. I also have to wrap gifts for Father's Day, and the Scientist's birthday, and maybe also my mom's birthday. That's not till August, but I don't know if I'll be heading to their place before then, so I might as well take her gifts up this weekend.

I finally loaded the three soundtracks to the LotR trilogy onto my iPod. This makes me happy. Thanks, queenofthorns! This should get me through the day of making PDFs.

Heh. He IS an assassin of ninjas. But before we knew this, aj was like "Ninja Assassin? Isn't that redundant? Ninjas ARE assassins!" And then fishdoctorpost started saying "He's a ninja... AND an assassin!" just to poke fun at the ridiculousness of the name. But then the movie came out and we found out he's an assassin OF ninjas, and that ruined our stupid joke.
