eee1313It seems as if the snow will never stop falling on Chicagoland. It's as if every five-seven days we have a major snowfall. It snowed all day Saturday, and now we're supposed to get more tomorrow night (just in time for the commute home!).
Life here is good. Work is still okay for me, but disastrous for some coworkers. I fear people will be jumping ship soon if things don't clear up.
VEE has taken a liking to puzzles. And not just the easy shape-sorting puzzles for small kids. She's doing 20-piece puzzles these days. Rock on, kid. We're almost at 900 books for the "1000 books before kindergarten" challenge at the library. So far three other kids have made it to 1000 books, but I'm sure she'll be in the first 5 to complete the challenge.
This weekend while we were snowed in I discovered I have a talent for Play-Doh. Which is funny, because I was a disaster at my sculpture class in college. Look, I made Dumbo! And a tiny Never Land from Peter Pan! (And BTW, the Peter Pan obsession is still in full swing. Let's hope it stays that way till Valentine's Day, when the kid will get this.)
Okay, she's out of the tub. I gotta go help. Later!
